1. Service Description

TradeXor AI provides AI-powered market intelligence, portfolio analytics, and research tools for informational and educational purposes only. The platform is not a financial advisor, broker, or exchange and does not provide investment advice, trading recommendations, or execute real trades.

All trading simulations on the platform are paper trades — simulated transactions for educational purposes. No real money or real cryptocurrency is involved in any simulated trading activity.

2. User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for their own investment decisions. The platform should not be used as the sole basis for trading decisions. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Trading cryptocurrencies carries substantial risk, including the potential loss of entire capital.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Subscriptions are billed via Razorpay or Stripe. VIP Monthly subscriptions renew automatically. VIP Lifetime is a one-time payment. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis. Subscriptions grant access to AI analytics and insights, not trading signals or financial advice.

4. Limitation of Liability

TradeXor AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any trading losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from the use of the platform. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
